palms up, body relaxed
Please measure in a quiet and relaxed state

There are usually two sets of data displayed alternately
A set of values in mmHg
A set of values in kilopascals

Precautions
1 When the measured value is in the high blood pressure area, the number flashes for about 6 seconds.
2 When there are irregular heartbeat prompts and body movement prompts, in order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement, it is recommended that you measure 2~3 times in a quiet state.
3 Take measurements on the same arm at the same time each day.
Typically, it is better to measure three times a day
They are: when you wake up, before lunch, and before going to bed
