Xilinmen collapsed 1 week after arrival, the manufacturer agreed to replace, shops disavowed.
The mattress bought from Yalan’s Tmall shop collapsed in the middle of 1 year of sleeping, the shop thought it was a “human problem” and wanted to replace it, requiring the consumer to bear the shipping and depreciation costs.
