Trying to show everyone some great accessory movements you can utilize to chase the pump and tighten up some of the harder to work muscle groups. A strong core will help with stabililizng some of those heavier lifts, and getting those shoulders strong will keep overhead movements healthy and consistent. Learn more about this in my programming!
